1About these terms
1.1. These terms apply when you visit forgevault.live or join its launch list. The site is run by Forgevault, based in Pretoria, South Africa ("we", "us").
1.2. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use it.
2The launch list
2.1. The launch list is free. When you join, we email you a link to confirm your address. Once you've confirmed, we'll email you when Forgevault launches, and that's all.
2.2. Joining doesn't commit you to buying anything, and it doesn't reserve a price, a place or a discount.
2.3. You can leave at any time with the link in any of our emails.
2.4. Only sign up an email address that's yours.
3Forgevault isn't on sale yet
3.1. Forgevault is still being built. The features, platforms, prices and dates described on this site are our current plans, not promises, and they may change. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
3.2. When Forgevault goes on sale, separate licence terms will apply to buying and using it. You'll be able to read them before you buy.
4Using this website
4.1. Please don't misuse the site: don't try to break into it, overload it, scrape it with automated tools, or interfere with how it works.
4.2. We may change the site, or take it offline, at any time.
5Names and content
5.1. The Forgevault name and logo, and the text, design and images on this site, belong to us. You may link to the site and share it, but please don't copy its content or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something we don't.
6No warranty
6.1. The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it will always be either.
7Limits on liability
7.1. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using this site or the launch list.
7.2. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow to be limited, including your rights under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act.
8Privacy
8.1. How we handle your email address is described in our Privacy Policy.
9Changes to these terms
9.1. We may update these terms, and we'll change the date above when we do. The terms in force when you use the site are the ones that apply.
